This retreat is an invitation to step away from the noise and fully immerse yourself in restorative wellness. Held in the serene hills La Cresta, an hour from Loma Linda — a long-celebrated region for its longevity and lifestyle — you’ll experience a curated blend of mindful movement, soul-nourishing workshops, delicious plant-forward meals, and meaningful community. Every detail has been intentionally crafted to help you slow down, replenish your energy, and return home feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply renewed.

Quad Occupancy Room

Our quad rooms are perfect for those who don’t mind a little extra energy and are excited to be part of a communal retreat environment.

Triple Occupancy Room

Our triple rooms are designed for guests who are open to sharing, bonding, and fully embracing the communal spirit of retreat life.

Double Occupancy Room

Enjoy a thoughtfully designed shared room with one other guest, offering both comfort and ease throughout your stay.

Single Occupancy Room

Your own private space to rest, reset, and return to yourself. This offering is for those who value quiet moments of reflection and the ability to fully integrate the day’s experiences in solitude.

Plant Based Meals

All meals including Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner will reflect plant based meals.

Organic Beverage Station

Unlimited tea, coffee, & filtered drinking water, honey, dairy & non dairy creamer, and fresh daily iced tea blend.

Opening Circle

An intentional gathering to arrive, connect, and set the tone for our time together. This is your moment to ground into the experience and step fully into the retreat.

Meditation/Tea Ceremony

A grounding experience that blends guided meditation with a mindful tea ritual—inviting you to slow down, be present, and reconnect with yourself through stillness and intention.

Blue Zone Workshops

Thoughtfully designed sessions to help you reconnect with what truly supports a long, vibrant life—blending education, reflection, and real-life application.

Restorative Yoga

A gentle, supportive practice designed to help the body fully relax and restore. Through slow, guided poses and stillness, you’ll be invited to release tension and settle into deep rest.

Herbaculture Walk & Sage

Take a walk with our local herba-culturist and learn the benefits of plants and how to use them for healing. Make and take home your own sage bundle from our very own sage, or other seasonal project.

Cooking Demo Together

A hands-on, nourishing experience where we’ll come together to prepare a simple, delicious meal—rooted in longevity and everyday wellness.

Pool Towels

In addition to all other linens within accommodations.

Fireside Reflection

Gathering around the fire, we’ll slow down and reflect on the day in a relaxed, open space. This is a time for sharing, listening, and simply being—held in the warmth of community.

Closing Circle

An intentional gathering to reflect, connect, and close our time together. This is your opportunity to integrate, express, and step forward with clarity and intention.

I’m Michelle — a Certified Health Coach who believes in coaching for the brave, not the comfortable. I am trained to support sustainable lifestyle change through personalized guidance, behavior change, and whole-person health and wellness.

I am also a worldwide Wellness Retreat Leader who curates transformative experiences centered around longevity, connection, and everyday wellness. My approach empowers individuals to not only reset — but to return home with tools to truly live well.
